I am experienced in the sale and purchase of residential properties, income and investment properties, 1031 (tax-deferred) exchanges and vacant lots. My experience and area knowledge includes Country Club communities such as PGA West, Trilogy, Desert Island, Palm Valley and Indian Ridge; non-gated neighborhoods of Palm Springs, El Paseo, La Quinta and Panorama; and outlying areas of Yucca Valley, Yucaipa and Lake Arrowhead. In addition I am associated with a network of Agents and Brokers throughout Southern CA. I understand what works and what doesn’t from the client’s viewpoint. My personal goal is to make the sale and purchase of real estate a seamless process by identifying my client’s wants and needs and finding solutions to complete their transaction on a timely basis.
