I was a union carpenter for 30 years,during that time a close friend in real estate and my CPA convinced me of the advantages of owning property, specifically rental property.
My father was a private investigator which probably rubbed off on me as I use all the clues to find the perfect property for my clients.
Over the last 30 years I have bought and sold numerous homes and still own several rentals. It seemed like the natural progression to put my knowledge and talent to work helping others accomplish their real estate goals. Honesty and integrity are #1 on my list, as I would never compromise my ethics to make a buck.
