I am a new associate with Windemere here in Palm Springs and am so excited about this company. I bring to the table over thirty years of sales & marketing experience in the New Home Industry. I have worked in most markets in Southern California, from Los Angeles to San Diego and Orange County to the Desert. I have worked for Major Home builders like K Hovnanian & DR Horton. I have received numerous sales awards including the MAIME Award for Sales Excellence in 2003. My other life experiences have all helped me in my career. I am a licensed commercial pilot, I have over 3500 flight instructor hours & have operated air charter businesses in the Caribbean. I have built spec homes in Colorado. I do a little skiing and play some golf. My wife & I are now five year residents of the Coachella Valley. My goal is to now focus my knowledge & professionalism of the industry to my individual clients who are looking for innovative ideas in both purchasing and selling real estate.
